Anyone know of a cute blond that could be an older Taylor Momsen? o.o

So, I've had this image in my head for quite awhile: In my head I see a little boy about five or six with white-blond hair. He has big pink eyes and a cute little smile with rosy cheeks. His skin is pale but you can still tell he has some colour to him. His clothes are simple, a little white tunic and black pants with little converse shoes. On his back are fuzzy, white wings, with little pointy claws at the main joint. And on his head, are two little black horns that juuust peak out of his hair. If I could either somehow request this from an artist or get more points for a comission I would sooo do it. <3

I can't wait until I have enough points to be able to get commissions from other artists. I know it's going to take awhile but it'll happen one day. o^o
